AAA K9 Mobile Grooming Policy Agreement
I, the undersigned, hereby agree to the following grooming policies.
Health and Behavior:
- My pet is in good health and has not been ill with any contagious condition in the last 30 days.
- My pet does not have a history of aggressive behavior. The groomer has the right to refuse services if my pet displays aggressive behavior during grooming.
Grooming Process:
- I understand that grooming procedures can be stressful for some pets. The groomer will take all necessary precautions to ensure my pet’s safety and well-being during the grooming process.
Changes or Concerns:
- I will inform the groomer of any changes in my pet’s health, behavior, or if my pet has been professionally groomed elsewhere within the last 30 days.
Emergency Situations:
- In case of a medical emergency, I authorize the groomer to seek veterinary care for my pet. I will be responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred.
No-Show/Cancellation Policy:
- I understand that I must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment:
- Payment is due at the time of service. I understand the accepted forms for payment and agree to pay for the grooming services provided.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
- I have inspected my pet after grooming and am satisfied with the services provided. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the grooming appointment
