AAA K9 Mobile Grooming Policy Agreement

By making an appointment with AAA K-9 Mobile Grooming,I agree to the following grooming policies:

Health and Behavior:

  • My pet is in good health and has not had any contagious conditions within the last 30 days.

  • My pet does not have a history of aggressive behavior. The groomer reserves the right to refuse services if my pet exhibits aggressive behavior during grooming.

  • Pets with flea or tick infestations may be refused service or incur additional charges for treatment.

Vaccination Requirements:

  • All pets must be current on their vaccinations, including Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. Proof of vaccination must be provided upon request.

Grooming Process:

  • I understand grooming procedures may cause stress for some pets. AAA K-9 Mobile Grooming will take all necessary precautions to ensure my pet’s safety and comfort during grooming.

  • Grooming appointments are estimated based on breed, size, coat condition, and pet temperament. Actual grooming times may vary.

Changes or Concerns:

  • I will inform AAA K-9 Mobile Grooming of any changes in my pet’s health, behavior, allergies, skin conditions, or if my pet has been professionally groomed elsewhere within the past 30 days.

  • I understand it is my responsibility to disclose any known allergies or sensitivities my pet has to grooming products.

Emergency Situations:

  • n the event of a medical emergency, I authorize AAA K-9 Mobile Grooming to seek veterinary care for my pet. I acknowledge responsibility for any veterinary expenses incurred.

  • The groomer will attempt to contact me immediately in the event of an emergency.

Mobile Service Requirements:

  • Safe and adequate parking must be available for the grooming vehicle. If parking is unavailable or unsafe, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled, and fees may apply.

  • Pets must be leashed or in a carrier when transferring to and from the grooming vehicle.

Payment:

  • Payment is required at the time of service. AAA K-9 Mobile Grooming accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.

  • Returned checks will incur a $30 fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • I will inspect my pet immediately following grooming. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the grooming appointment. Adjustments or touch-ups may be scheduled free of charge within 72 hours of the original appointment.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

  • All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. AAA K-9 Mobile Grooming will send reminders via text and email three days before your appointment.

  • Failure to cancel 48 hours in advance may result in a $25.00 charge, payable prior to your next grooming appointment.

  • If AAA K-9 Mobile Grooming arrives for your appointment and no one is home to release the pet, a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.

  • Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice may be required to prepay for future appointments at the time of booking.

  • AAA K-9 Mobile Grooming understands emergencies may occur and will consider them on a case-by-case basis.

Weather Policy:

  • Grooming services may be rescheduled in cases of severe weather or hazardous conditions. The groomer will notify clients as early as possible to reschedule appointments.

Senior and Special Needs Pets:

  • AAA K-9 Mobile Grooming takes extra care with senior pets and pets with special needs. Owners must clearly communicate any health issues or limitations their pets may have.
